Being the second after bissextile, or leap-year. Wherein is contained the eclipses of the luminaries, the change, full, and quarters of the moon, festivals, terms and their returns. The daily rising and setting of the sun, and also many other things befitting such a work. Calculated for the meridian of Dublin, where the pole is elevated 53 degrees 20 minutes, but may indifferently serve for any other place in the three kingdoms. By Dom. Russel philomath.
