A number of speeches, reports and addresses to the Commons are issued as parts of, or supplements to, the Votes; some are also issued separately. Each of these has continuous pagination and numbering but an individual title. Supplements are numbered with the issues they accompany (cf. Nelson and Seccombe).

Numeration begins with the second issue: "Numb. 1" (1 Nov. 1680).

Issues lack chronological designation; dates supplied by text.

Numbering irregular during 1681, especially in March.

Gap in publication between no. 58 and no. 59 (10 Jan.-21 Mar. 1681).

Intended as a daily, frequency of publication is determined by political activity in the House.

Most issues appear in at least two settings, many were set three times and at least one surviving issue has four settings (cf. Nelson and Seccombe).

Publication ceased when Parliament was dissolved: 28 Mar. 1681.
