Mackenzie's 'Observations upon the laws and customs of nations, as to precedency', 'The second part of honour civil' and 'A dictionary, explaining the several terms used by heralds' each have a divisional titlepage, separate register and pagination.

Pp. 65-66 repeated in pagination, text continuous. Pp.217-220 omitted in pagination; but text and register continuous.

The "Display" has been attributed to John Barkham, and the "Treatiseof Honour" to Richard Blome.

The so-called sixth ed. is in reality the eight : the true sixth ed. appeared in 1666.
