The memorial of the mayor, sheriffs, burgesses and commons of the county of the town of Drogheda; and of the merchants and traders of said town; and the land-holders of the counties of Meath and Louth, sheweth that your Memorialists have seen a Petition form the Lord Mayor, Sheriffs, Commons, and Citizens of Dublin; and also a Petition form the Merchants and Traders of Dublin, whose Names are subscribed thereto; praying that the Corn Expert Boundary may be extended to the Port of Dublin /
