Notice to the inhabitants of the town and neighbourhood of Tipperary - Cappagh - Emley and Cullin. In order to counteract the designs of the factious, and preserve the lives and properties of the well-affected, it is ordered that should any desparate attempt be made by the emissaries of the rebels to assemble...all people are required to keep within their houses closing their doors.
