Title from the opening words of text. An official account from the Lord Lieutenant, Lord Castlereagh of further steps taken in the suppression of the rebellion. In this edition "New-Ross" has a hyphen; there is a two-bits rule between the first and second paragraph; the first "Newtown-Barry" in the second paragraph is hyphenated; the first line of the third paragraph contains "consisted of 230" and the sentence ends with a full stop after "yeomen"; and the imprint (shorter than the rule immediately above it) includes "King's" as thus: "KING's".
