The first two, with continuous pagination and register, were originally published together in 1648 (Wing R310) and reissued with cancel title pages in 1649. The third, with separate pagination and register, was first issued separately in 1648 (Wing R315). A reissue, with new general title page, of Wing R311 (the 1649 reissue of Wing R310), and of Wing R315.
