Concerning the proceedings of the Parliament of England; and the Princes answer and declaration at the Hague, to the message sent from the Estates at Edenburgh, concerning their proclaiming of him King, and his invitation into that Kingdom. With a message to the Parliament of England, in the name of the whole Kirk and Kingdom of Scotland, touching the late proceedings of the English Army, in relation to the King; with the declaration and answer thereunto.
