Declaring their resolutions for a free Parliament, and the re-admitting of all the members secluded in 1648. and for the establishing of a learned and orthodox ministry, and their just maintenance by tithes, and for the removing of all needless impositions and taxes, &c. Together with, A letter concerning the present transactions there, directed to a friend in London. Dated from Dublin February 18 1659 [O.S.] Entred in Stationers Hall according to order.
