As it was humbly tendered to the Right Honourable the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament: as also to the Honourable the Lord Mayor, aldermen, and Common-Councell of the City of London. Concerning the just and fundamentall rights and liberties of themselves and the kingdome: with some humble proposals and desires.
