Also divers principall matters of great note and high consequence. The 1. concerning the messengers that were imployed to fetch up Sir Francis Wortley, and some other gentlemen of the county of Yorke, as delinquents. The second, concerning Mr. Attorney Generall who was released from his imprisonment, giving baile for his appearance. The third, concerning the Lord St. John and Mr. Binion, with many more remarkable passages. The fourth, concerning Judge Berkly, and many other delinquents. Together with a list of the Irish committee, for choosing of officers.

Also issued in the same year with title page (A1r) partly reset and last page (A4v) in different setting (Wing C2402A). In that issue the title is: His Maiesties letter to the gentry of Yorkeshire, May 16. 1642.".
