Concerning the present state of affairs, in relation to themselves and the kingdom; with their desires and present resolutions thereupon. Presented to the commissioners at S. Albans, to be by them humbly represented to the Parliament. Also the names of the officers that were present at the Councel of War at the making of the said remonstrance.
