agreed upon by the mutuall advice and consent of the Parliaments of both kingdoms, vnited by solemn league and covenant. Presented unto His Majesty at Oxford the 24. of Novemb. last, by committees from both Houses of Parliament, and commissioners from the kingdom of Scotland. Die Martis, 10. Decembr. 1644. Ordered (upon the question) by the Commons assembled in Parliament, that the propositions sent to His Majesty for a safe and well-grounded peace, be forthwith printed and published: H: Elsynge, Cler.
