The speech of the Speaker of the House of Commons,
on Saturday the 21st of August, 1714, upon presenting to the Lords Justices the bill for the better support of His Majesty's houshold, and of the honour and dignity of the Crown of Great Britain; together with the other money bill which then passed the royal assent.
