This answer to "A Letter to one of the Common Council of ... Dublin, relating to the manner of reconciling the present differences of the said city," is attrib. to John Forster, the recorder of Dublin, aft. Chief Justice of the common pleas, in the tract "All the late Tory pamphlets answer'd at once by Mr. R---r," .
