Summary:Arthur O'Connor, (1763-1852), M.P, United Irishman and general in the French Service : half-length, directed to right, face in profile ; oval with ornaments on tablet with title. He wrote a pamphlet "To the Free Electors of the County of Antrim" in 1797. As a result he was arrested, charged with high treason and imprisoned in Dublin Castle.
