"By an indenture of three parts, dated the 3d day of February 1792, and made between Charles O'Hara, of Nymphsfield, in the county of Sligo, and kingdom of Ireland, Esq. of the first part; Sir Matthew White Ridley, of Portland-place, in the county of Middlesex, Bart. John Thomas Batt, of the Adelphi, in the same county, Esq. one of the Commissioners for Aditing the Public Accounts; Stephen Thurston Adey, of Cornhill, in the city of London, banker; and Wallwyn Shepheard, of Boswell-court, in the parish of St. Clement Danes, in the said county of Middlesex, gentleman, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names are thereunder written ... as subscribers to the tontine ...of the third part." - p.2
