| Summary: | According to Brendan Scally in his accompanying note to this drawing, the Ashbourne Road leading to Rathbeale and Ashbourne was once a country lane with cottages on either side. The one in the drawing is one of the last cottages and is uninhabited. New bungalows have now replaced the cottages. |
