Charles I says to his wife and son "Patientia Coronat Miseriam". His wife says "Quis Miser ut Ego". An angel holding a crown on a cloud above Charles says "Dabo tibi Coronam Vitæ". At the foot of the deathbed grows a thorn bush with a crown lying among the branches.
