London: Printed for John Watts, at the Printing-Office in Wild-Court, near Lincoln's-Inn-Fields. 1728.
This is a made-up volume, based on a faulty copy of the first edition. after the correct "Introduction" (2d p.ℓ.) another printing of it from a later (7th?) edition has been inserted. The music at the end gives the "Overture in score" also from a later edition, instead of the melodies of the songs which should be in the first edition.
