The Duke of Wellington, (1769-1852), and Sir James Graham, (1792-1861), play musical instruments behind Peel. Watching Peel along with the crowd is Daniel O'Connell, (1775-1847), as a little boy, wearing his green velvet Mullaghmast cap.
