Daniel O'Connell, M.P., (1775-1847), with the body of a bird, "Appeal" written on one wing, "Writ of appeal" written on other wing. He flies away from Robert Peel, M.P., (1788-1850), who is holding box "State Trials" and trying to put salt on bird's wing.
