Summary: | Relief halftone newsclipping from an original sketch in chalk by Sydney Prior Hall, (1842-1922), who was responsible for the courtroom sketches for The Graphic newspaper of the "Parnell Commission", (1888-1890). Charles Stewart Parnell, head & shoulders, to left, left profile, sitting at the "Parnell Commission" (1888-1890) where allegations published by The Times based on letters forged by Richard Pigott were successfully refuted by Parnell himself.
