| Summary: | Daniel O'Connell, M.P., wearing a top hat and a coloured green coat, with the words "Repeal" and "Emancipation" inscribed on each sleeve. His fists are raised as if ready to fight. He says "That's enough for you. My Hero of Waterloo. Peel - OFF". The two men that flee from him are Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington, "The hero of Waterloo" and Robert Peel, M.P. The Duke of Wellington, in uniform, clasps his side as though wounded and says "That Hit is worse than ever I got from Boney [Napoleon Bonaparte]" while Robert Peel runs with his arms outstretched while a dog attacks his feet; he remarks "He who Fights and runs away lives to fight another day". Thomas Steele, standing behind Daniel O'Connell tries to control the dog on a lead, remarking to O'Connell, "Liberator I can scarcely hold back".
