The devil and a judge hammering out law on an anvil amisdt flames. In the background a man smoking a pipe stokes the fire in the kiln which contains human bones. He says "This is a hotter place than Waterloo". In the steam or smoke that rises from the kiln are the words "All kind of Smiths Work done here. Conspiracies forged at the shortest notice Chains, Manacles, Bolts, Handcuffs, Gags, &c. &c. &c. Supllied to order".
