A gluttonous Daniel O'Connell, (1775-1847), sitting on bags of "Rint" [rent] and holding a cudgel "Repeal" in his left hand. He dishes out people onto a plate with his right hand from a hot steaming pot "Agitation Soup". The words "Finest Pisantry in the World" rise out of the pot in the steam. O'Connell's head is in the jaws of a lion wearing a Irish peasant hat.
