There are at least two printings of this edition known to exist. There are variant press figures throughout each printing. One printing has its first press figure on p.  at front: 1. This printing has a printer's colophon on the final page of the index. The other printing has its first press figure on p.  at front: 2. This printing has the same printer's colophon on p. 655 and on the final page of the index.
HRC has a copy of each printing. Copy 1 and 3 are the first printing; copy 2 is the latter printing.
