I think this is after 1902, maybe even after 1910:
The NIAH says the AIB I've noted was built c. 1910. The same text is included in the county council list of protected structures in Listowel in this pdf.
The Provincial Bank was at this address in 1897 per the OS 25", and the DIA says the plans for this new branch were dated June 1902.
