Dedicated to the Most Noble George, Marquis of Buckingham, Knight of the Most Noble Order of the Garter, And in 1783 Original Grand Master of the Most Illustrious Order of St. Patrick [George Nugent Temple Grenville, Marquis of Buckingham, (1753-1813)], by His Most Obedt. & Humble Servt. Robt. Wilkinson".
