Summary:An anti-unionist satire on the Irish Parliament, recording the proceedings of the House of Nobs & the Lower House [sometimes Assembly]. The chief matter for discussion is that of the "Great Measure", that is, the union of the parliaments of Pimlico and Oxmantown, which is vigorously urged by the Seneschal of the King of Dalkey.
