Issue no. 56 (Mar. 30, 1921) is the first of a number of issues faked by Dublin Castle after a raid of the Dáil Éireann Publicity bureau in Mar. 1921; the first genuine issue which came out after the raid is not available; from Apr. 8, 1921 onwards, all the genuine issues are stamped " official copy."

Numbering begins with May 3, 1920 issue, i.e. Vol. 2, no. 1.
