Includes the following: "The farmers of Ireland are said to be a very shrewd folk, very quick to know their interests and the interests of their country. But how many of them are aware of the special rod that the Chancellor of the English Exchequer has in pickle for them? The farmer has not only to pay as a citizen of the English Empire; he has also to pay as a farmer. Join Sinn Féin and secure yourself a hearing at the Peace Conference". With references to the amount spent by the Treasury on the war budget and the Royal Irish Constabulary [p. 2], industries such as the Ford Motor Works in Cork [p. 2] and John Dillon, John Redmond and the Irish Parliamentary Party [p. 3] - "There is only one way in which help may be found...it is to cut clear of the English Exchequer altogether". On p.4 are references to the forthcoming Peace Conference - "...what suits Belgium, Serbia and Poland also suits Ireland...".
