Constitution of Sinn Fein, along with the scheme of organisation and rules of the party as adopted at the Ard Fheis in 1925. Scheme of organisation concerns Ard Fheiseanna, Ard Comhairle and Cumainn amongst other topics. In the general rules it is stated that no member of the British armed forces or a person who has sworn an oath of allegiance to Great Britain can be a member.
