| Notes: | Signed by Michael P. Linehan, District Secretary. Notice is printed in black ink on green paper. Notice reads: "No outside labour will be allowed into the parish for this year. Bound men to hold the same status for the coming term. No such man to leave his present employment to go to another with sanction of District Committee. Same agreement as arrived at on September 1920 is tp operate for the coming year. Failing such agreement not being honourably kept, drastic action will be taken on those breaking same at a future date. The Committee are prepared to discuss the question of the Milkers and to allow of the cows being milked earlier in the morning; also the question of the price allowed for board and lodging with the employers individually or collectively.
