Enclosed is a letter dated 16 May 1957 from Martin McCullough of McCulloughs Ltd. 56, Dawson Street, Dublin to a Mr. T. C. Courtney at the Gresham Hotel, O'Connell Street. He has managed to locate a solitary copy in Dublin. Dion Boucicault is referred to as as “an Italian ... who appears to have come to this country to find inspiration for it” [“Colleen Bawn”]. (Boucicault was born in Dublin in 1820).
