Bulletin denying rumours of successes by the "Irregulars".

"...Bands of Irregulars, operating in various parts of the country, are temporarily cutting off communication with outlying places. In some areas they have established their own News "Service", which consists, for the most part, of lying rumours".
On page 4 [back page]: "..Above all tell the people you meet and tell them to pass on it: That the Irish Government is Determined not to Stay its Hand until the Gun Bully is the Subject and not the Master of People. That before this Affair is Finished, the Common People of Ireland, who, in Town and Country, receive such Scant Consideration shall have asserted their Authority... ".
