
The trial of John Magee, proprietor of the Dublin Evening Post, for publishing [in that paper] an historical review of the Duke of Richmond's administration in Ireland :
tried in the Court of King's Bench, on the 26th, and 27th July, before the Right Hon. Chief Justice Downes, and a special jury : to which is prefixed a report of several motions, grounded on Mr. Magee's affidavit, to postpone his trial, until Michaelmas term.
