The toy (laid in) consists of a cardboard strip 31 x 6.5 cm. folded at the hinge of the ladder. It contains 14 designs; at one end is printed the title "The Queen's matrimonial ladder," and at the other the imprint, "Printed by William Hone, Ludgate Hill, London, Price (with the pamphlet) one shilling."
