LO P 1160 is a presentation copy from Lady Gregory to Eithne Magee - 'To Eithne Magee / Queen of Princesses :/ from A. Gregory / April 1920.' On front paste-down is a note by the recipient - 'Eithne Magee / Abbey Theatre / Dublin.' Eithne Magee played the part of the Princess Nuala in the play. There are three ms corrections in the final Author's Note, presumably in Lady Gregory's hand. LO P 1160 is in original paper boards, backstrip fragmenting, joints firm and contents clean.
