Summary:William Blakeney, (1672-1761), Lieutenant-General, Colonel of Inniskillin Regiment of Foot, former Lieutenant Governor of Minorca, later Baron Blakeney. Three-quarter-length, to right, standing, looking to front, wig, uniform, right arm on pedestal to left on which is hat, left hand on cannon, to right in distance a fort, when General Blakeney, with coat of arms and motto on coat of arms: "Auxilium meum ab alto" [Latin "My help from above"].
