Baron William Blakeney, (1672-1761), lieutenant-general, colonel of Inniskillin regiment of foot, former lieutenant governor of Minorca, later Baron Blakeney; three-quarter-length, to right, standing, looking to front, wig, uniform, right arm on pedestal to left on which is hat, left hand on cannon, to right in distance a fort, when General Blakeney, with coat of arms and motto.
