George Berkeley, (1685-1753), Doctor of Divinity, Bishop of Cloyne, metaphysician; half-length, to right, face directed and looking to front, in rochet, dark chimere or scarf, wig, bands, to left a curtain, to right ears of corn, all on an entablature, in front shield, with mitre, crozier, Bible, two of his works "Minute philosopher" and "Siris"; oval frame.
