Summary:Man lying on ground looking at the ruins of Baggotrath Castle, Dublin, Ireland. The castle apparently stood on the site of Nos. 42 and 44 Upper Baggot Street, Dublin. The castle was demolished in the early decades of the nineteenth century to make way for the development of the suburbs of Dublin to the east of the Grand Canal.
