Figure 1 is a bronze bridle from County Roscommon, Ireland,said to have been in (Trinity) College Museum, Dublin, Ireland. Figure 2 is a bronze spur in the possession of Mr. Archdall. Figure 3 is an iron spur in the College Museum and figure 4 is a bronze spur, also said to have been in the College Museum.

Watermark bears the letters "UMOLS", which corresponds to the watermark used in the published engraving which is "PERROT DANOUMOLES".

Attributed to Gabriel Beranger (1729-1817), due to the fact that he made a number of sketches of antiquities for Charles Vallancey's "Collectanea de Rebus Hibernicis", of which this sheet forms one of the plates.
