Two men seated on horseback, facing left. Seated on the dark horse to the left is John Toler, First Earl of Norbury (1745-1831), who was Chief Justice of the Common Pleas in Ireland from 1800 to 1827. According to Patricia Butler, August 1997, this caricature (on stylistic grounds, subject matter and technique) is probably the work of members of the Brocas family, the most likely being Willaim Brocas, RHA (ca. 1794-1868)
