Notes:P.J. Lynch was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland in 1962. He won the Kate Greenaway medal in 1996 for his illustrations of "The Christmas Miracle of Jonathon Twoomey". Among the other books which he illustrated are "A Bag of Moonshine" (for which he won the Mother Goose Award in 1987), "Melisande", "East O' the Sun, West O' the Moon", "The Snow Queen", "The Steadfast Tin Soldier", "When Jessie came across the Sea", "W.B. Yeats Fairy Tales of Ireland", "Catkins" and "Oscar Wilde Stories for Children".
