Lists four Sinn Fein aims: withdrawing Irish representation from the British parliament and opposing the will of any foreign nation to legislate for Ireland, making use of any means available to render the power of military force by England impotent, establishing a constitutonal assembly to speak and act in the name of the Irish people and by appealing to the Peace Conference to recognise Ireland as a sovreign nation.
