'The Exhibition of Arts and Manufactures' was held in the Rotunda Gardens, Dublin in 1882, in a pavillion designed by Irish architect George Coppinger Ashlin (1837-1921). The manufactured good were in the main of the cottage craft industry while the artistic works exhibited were mostly by Irish artists.
