Measures of relief - Ireland.

The speech of the Right Honourable the Chancellor of the Exchequer, on moving "that provision be made out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom ... for the issue of any sum not exceeding 300,000, to be advanced by way of loan on the security of rates to be levied in Ireland, to the Relief Commissioners appointed in pursuance of an Act ... for the temporary relief of the destitute persons in Ireland."
