Also enclosed is correspondence from Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin, on behalf of the trustees of the estate of Katherine Kavanagh, regarding a tribute to Kavanagh on the centenary of his birth, the Gate Theatre, 17 October 2004. The letters detail a request for Montague to read at the Gate Theatre and his subsequent expenses for contributing, October 2004.
